Woolworth Library Hosts Movie Matinees

This week, during Spring Break, the Woolworth Community Library has been hosting daily movie matinees for kids and tweens. On Monday, they showed the Sonic 3 movie and had 56 attend. They had 12 show up for the Safety movie, the tween movie on Monday. On Tuesday, for The Dogman movie, 33 people attended. Wednesday afternoon for the kids’ movie, Trolls,” they had 51 attenders. The library will be hosting the matinees on Thursday and Friday of this week as well. Library staff members Rosa Ellis and Elizabeth Alonso came up with the idea for hosting the Spring Break Movie Matinees at the library this week, and were responsible for organizing and doing all the work involved in providing students with a fun activity during the week of Spring Break.
