The one person that has been the biggest positive influence in my life is my Mom, because no matter how hard it can be, she never gives up no matter what, and comes home with a smile.

As a senior, what would your advice be to younger students in Jal Schools?*

As a senior, my advice to younger students in Jal Schools is to take their education seriously and stay on top of their work because high school goes by fast. Get involved in sports, clubs, or activities to make friends and build valuable skills. Show respect to teachers, staff, and classmates, as a good reputation will benefit you in the long run. Manage your time wisely and avoid procrastination to balance school and personal life effectively. Start thinking about your future early, whether it’s college, trade school, or a career, and take advantage of scholarships and opportunities. Avoid unnecessary drama and surround yourself with positive influences. Most importantly, enjoy your high school years, make memories, and appreciate the experiences that will help shape your future.
