Lady Panthers Lose Close Match to NMMI

This past Tuesday evening, the JHS Lady Panthers Volleyball Team (2-3) took on the New Mexico Military Institute Lady Colts (3-0) in the Panther Gym. NMMI is a 3A team. Winning the first round 25-17, the Lady Panthers really looked like they had what it would take to win the match. Unfortunately, the Lady Colts showed up strong in the second game, winning 25-17.
In the final game of the match, the Lady Panthers fought valiantly, but the Lady Colts came out on top just barely with a 25-23 win.
The Lady Panthers will play the Dora Lady Coyotes Thursday August 28th at 6:00 p.m. in the Panther Gym.
