Lady Panthers come out on top over Lady Bulldogs

Tuesday evening in the Junior High Gym, the Jal Junior High Lady Panthers took on the Artesia Lady Bulldogs. Both teams were very get things going. At halftime, the Panthers led 9-3. Both teams continued to have difficulty putting the ball in the basket as well as with turnovers. At the end of the third period, Jal led 12-7. The Lady Panthers were able to maintain their five-point lead in the third period. The final score was 16-11.
