What has been your favorite part of your high school experience?

My favorite part about high school has been making new friends, meeting new people, and new teachers. I am very grateful for all the teachers we have had over the years who have helped me.

What people have been the biggest positive influences in your life? (Parents, teachers, coaches, friends). How have they made an impact on your life?

Teachers and friends. They have really helped me believe I can do something real with my life and go somewhere in life and I am very grateful for everyone that has.

Who was your favorite teacher at Jal High, and why?

My favorite teacher had been Coach McWilliams, because he has always been very supportive, he is also a very good teacher. I love the way he treats his students.

What is your plan for life after high school? College? Trade school? Career?

I would like to go to college get my business degree and cosmetology license as well so I can open my own shop eventually.

As a senior, what would your advice be to younger students in Jal Schools?

Do as best as you can, I know it is boring and you want to graduate already. Trust me you don’t you will be reminiscing about your years in school and your friendships, it’s a very sad year to get to so don’t rush it take your time and make the most of it.
