Eleven Panthers Qualify for State Track Meet

As of Wednesday, eleven members of the Jal High School Track & Field Team had qualified for the state track meet, which is to be held in Albuquerque next week. Aaliyah Gaytan has qualified in the javelin. Issela Mendoza has qualified in both the shotput and discus throw. Abigail Dardon has qualified in the high jump, 1600-meter Sprint Medley, and in the 4×200-Meter Relay. Natalia Rivera has qualified in the long jump, 4×100-Meter Relay, the 4×200-Meter Relay, and the 1600-Meter Sprint Medley Relay. Kaedyn Lujan has qualified in the long jump. Mayrin Nieto has qualified in the 200-Meter Dash, 4×100-Meter Relay, the 4×400-Meter Relay and the 1600-Meter Sprint Medley Relay. Camila Baeza has qualified in the 4×100-Meter Relay, the 4×200-Meter Relay, the 4×400-Meter Relay, and in the 1600-Meter Sprint Medley Relay. Oliva Ramirez has qualified in the 800-Meter Run, the 4×400-Meter Relay, and in the 1600-Meter Sprint Medley Relay. Aaliyah Navarette has qualified in the 4×100 Relay. Jesslyn Estrada has qualified in both the 200-Meter Dash and the 100-Meter Dash. David Gaytan has qualified in the javelin.
