Junior High Student Council Helps Feed the Hungry

This past Tuesday, the Jal Junior High Student Council volunteered to help with the monthly Roadrunner Food Bank food distribution for the needy in Jal, which is sponsored by the City of Jal and primarily staffed by city employees each month. From left to right: Elijah Earp, Addi Fabela, Roberto Sauceda, Mateo Ramirez, Noah Garibay, Zulayka Leyva, Kendall O’Quinn, Abbi Thorne, Kynzie Sauceda, Zayli Leyva. Sponsors are Monica Maes, Gina Muniz, and Miki Savoie. Over one hundred boxes of food were put together by the volunteers and distributed to those in need.
