XC Girls Top Four at Loving

This past Saturday the Jal High School Cross-Country Team competed against Loving at the Falcon Invitational.

For the Lady Panthers, Jazmin Camargo took first place with a time of 29.23. Camila Baeza took second with a time of 29.06. Miranda Olivo took third with a time of 30.26. Alyssa Cervantes took 4^th with a time of 34.34. Melissa Delgado took 5^th place for the Falcons, with a time of 37.55. Angie Alvarado took 6^th place for Jal with a time of 42.03. Aracely Delgado took 7^th place for Loving with a time of 44.47.

On the boys’ side, Jonah Pope took 1^st place for Loving with a time of 21.10, followed by Jayden Martinez at 21.22, Jasiel Reyes at 21.47, and Anthony Lara at 22.14. Kai Porras took 5^th place for Jal with a time of 23.58, followed by Santiago Trevizo at 24.37 in 6^th place. Andrew Montes took 7^th place for Loving at 24.38. Abraham Vasquez took 8^th place for Jal with a time of 26.58, followed by Roy Peugh at 30.56, and Damien Maes at 34.30.
